Accidents do happen and my work is guaranteed. If accidental damage occurs retain all the pieces and notify NLB for repairs. Customers cover the shipping back for repairs and NLB will cover the postage when returned to you. Dye lots in threads and beads may not be the same as the original. There may be a fee to replace missing materials.

Yes, pierced earrings can be converted to clip-on and vice versa. Larger and more efficient necklaces and bracelet clasps can be changed to accommodate those with disorders of the hands and arthritis. The original clasps will be returned to the customer with the altered items.
10 Day return policy, the return package must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt for a full refund at the buyer’s expense. Custom orders are not refundable, except clip-on earrings that are color and design of original product offering.
